Consent to the processing of personal data
I agree to the processing of my personal data by the controller, which is the Brno University of Technology
Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technikcá 2896/2, 616 69 Brno, Institute of Aerospace Engineering,
ID DS: yb9j9by, ID No.: 00216305, VAT No.: CZ00216305 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"),
to the extent of the data contained in the user's registration for the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences, ICAS ETF 2025, Emerging Technology Forum and communication with it.
In the course of its activities, the Administrator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "General Regulation") and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and other legislation.

· Company
· Address of the Company including ZIP code, Country
Consent is only valid if the personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing set out below and in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Consent is granted for the purpose of:
· user registration for the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences conference, ICAS2025 Emerging Technology Forum, held from 8 September 2025 - 9 September 2025 at the ICAS ETF 2025 - Institute of Aerospace Engineering booths and communication with him.
· taking photographic documentation during the conference and publishing selected materials to present and promote the event (e.g. on the organiser's website, in press releases or on social media).
I agree to the processing of my personal data for the period of:
· consent is granted for a period of 3 years
· Your above personal data will be processed in the BUT's paper and electronic information systems for the above period of time or until you withdraw your consent. After this period, the relevant documents containing personal data will be disposed of in the prescribed manner and the personal data in the electronic information systems will be deleted.
Lessons learned
I have been informed that my consent to the processing of my personal data is free and unambiguous,
for a specific purpose and is given voluntarily by me. I have also been informed, in accordance with the relevant legislation, of:
· their right to withdraw this consent, even without giving any reason,
· your right of access to and rectification of such data,
· your right to have this data deleted if it is processed in breach of the protection defined by the applicable legislation or in breach of this consent or if the consent has been withdrawn,
· your right to restriction of processing and your right to data portability,
· your right to object to processing and your right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,
· their right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
I have been informed that I can exercise my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation against the data controller:
· by written request, with an officially certified signature, or containing the following data: name, or names, surname, title(s), date of birth, place of residence and, if applicable, delivery address, sent to the Brno University of Technology, Personal Data Protection Officer, Antonínská 548/1, 602 00 Brno,
· by sending the application to the BUT data box, data box ID: yb9j9by,
· by sending the application in the form of an e-mail message and bearing at least a recognised electronic signature of the applicant to: poverenec@vut.cz
The above submissions will be assessed and processed in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable laws.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
